Stress/Burnout BustersStand on tiptoe for as long as you can. Point a finger or pen at something for 60 seconds without shaking. When you're stressed, your hands may start shaking; this will train you to calm down physically. Close your eyes and imagine the beach. Breathe slowly, visualising the air coming in and out. Try to stand five different coins on their edges. Push your palms together as hard as you can - this is called isometric exercise. Pretend you're holding up a wall and imagine what would happen if you let it fall. Try to draw a nearby object. |
